In the UK[backcolor=rgb(252, 252, 255)] you are [/backcolor][backcolor=rgb(252, 252, 255)][color=#000]legally required[/backcolor][/color][backcolor=rgb(252, 252, 255)] to stop [/backcolor]if you run over a dog[backcolor=rgb(252, 252, 255)], but [/backcolor]not a cat.

Doesn't the UK say everybody and everyone has legal rights, and they put a cat below a dog?

I live in the UK,how come I've never heard of that law around here?

I live ...

I also live in the UK and until recently I had not come across the law either. I would have thought cats and dogs shared the same rights too, but apparently in some things they don't, such as road safety.
