Chicago is not the city it used to be. Taxes have risen in the past year. Mass riots and protests violently storm toward corrupt officials and massive business owners. What they don't know is that the publications and the business had their ways of hiding all their corruption schemes. Jungwoo is a K-pop artist who wants to explore acting. He signs up for a role where he has to go to Chicago to shoot some scenes. In Chicago, he meets Medhana, a kidnap survivor trying to seek hope during hardship. While hanging out with Medhana, Jungwoo learns what is happening in Chicago and who is the main culprit.
