Simple Note Taking for Better Memory

NotesLearning

You do not need long notes to remember books. You only need useful notes.

After each reading session, write three lines. One key idea, one quote, and one action you can use in real life. This takes less than two minutes.

Use your own words for the key idea. When you rewrite the idea simply, your brain understands it better and keeps it longer.

Review your notes once a week. A short weekly review is better than a long monthly review. Repetition is what turns reading into memory.

If you want to share your notes, keep them short and clear. Clear notes help both you and other readers.
