Evora Bucknum Perkins (born Evora Bucknum; November 12, 1851 – January 14, 1929) was an American educator, cookbook author, restaurateur, and missionary affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Active in the temperance and vegetarian movements, she worked as a teacher and lecturer on vegetarian cookery and hygiene, managed vegetarian restaurants, and collaborated with early Adventist health reformers.
